With HelpIQ, you can create a standard email signature for all your team members where the name, user role, and brand name are pulled automatically from the user profiles.

- Click on the Settings icon from the left navigation menu
- Then select the Email Signature menu (see the screenshot below)
3. After that you will see at the top your default Shopify store is showing on the screen
4. Now give the Name to your signature for better understanding.
5. Now Customize the signature as you like and include the text, logo image, or emojis you wish to display on signatures.
6. And finally hit the Save/Update Button
The email signature will now be updated for all team members under the brand. The data you choose to display in the signature will be pulled based on the user profiles of individual team members.
