How to summarize the ticket in HelpIQ?

Automated AI summarization condenses lengthy tickets into concise summaries, facilitating quicker comprehension for agents and faster response times, ultimately enhancing customer support efficiency

Here’s how you can summarize the ticket

1. Click on the Inbox icon from the left navigation menu
2. Then select the Universal Inbox menu (see the screenshot below)

3. Now select the ticket that you want to summarize, and then click on the Ticket Summary option located at the top of the dashboard. (see the screenshot below) 

A pop-up will appear on the screen, and after a few moments, it will show the ticket summary, click on the Copy to Ticket Note button.

Your ticket summary is now copied to the ticket note.
