How to create Quick replies to HelpIQ?

Quick reply will allow you to respond to your customers instantly with pre-saved responses to the most common customer queries. It’s a great way to reduce response times and boost agent productivity.

Here’s how:

  1. Click on the Settings icon from the left navigation menu
  2. Then select the Quick Reply menu (see the screenshot below)

3. On the right-hand side, you will see the list of pre-built templates and also the templates that you will be going to create.
4. Type the Template Name

5. Now, type the body of the message under the Template message as per your desire.
6. Then click On the Save Button. 

7. You will now see your new quick reply template has been created. (see the image below)

Now by clicking on it, you can edit it and delete it shortly as you desire.
