How to mark the ticket as unread in HelpIQ?

You might need to mark a ticket as “unread” even after you have viewed it because it might need a second look or you’re still not done resolving the query.

Here’s how you can do it on HelpIQ:

  1. Click on the Inbox icon from the left navigation menu
  2. Then select the Universal Inbox menu (see the screenshot below)

3. Now select the ticket you want to mark as unread
4. Then click on the 3 dots menu and Select Mark as Unread Option(see the screenshot below)

Hurray! Once you do, the ticket is “unread” and you can get back to it later.
