How to set the ticket priority in HelpIQ?

To Set up the ticket priority. Here’s how you can do it on HelpIQ:

  1. Click on the Inbox icon from the left navigation menu
  2. Then select the Universal Inbox menu (see the screenshot below)

3. Now select the ticket you want to set as a priority 
4. Then click on the 3 dots menu and Select set as priority Option(see the screenshot below)

Hurray! It’s Done now you can see the priority icon in that particular ticket (as shown in the screenshot).
